Education Focus

Our technicians only support schools. They are used to working in the school environment around busy teachers and children.

Team

Peritechs are part of the IBS Schools team, allowing them to share knowledge and ideas, get further support, and giving you easy access to all of our other staff, products, and services.

Development

Peritechs are continually updating their skills and knowledge, allowing them to support all the latest technology schools are using.

Safeguarding

All of our Peritechs have full DBS clearance and receive regular training on Safeguarding.

Additional Support

Between visits, you can still contact your Peritech for help, advice and quick fixes, as well as using the IBS Schools Service Desk.

Cover

If your Peritech is ever off work, we make sure you are not left without support.

Continuity

We aim to keep you with the same technician for as long as possible.  That way you get continuity, and the Peritech can become more productive.
